A REF ID is your USERID which you get during registration. You can find your reference code from your Settings tab if you are logged in.

Just use the unique REF code assigned to your MoneyinHands.com to refer friends to MoneyinHands.com, and we'll deposit Rs. 100.00 into your Bank Account. The more friends you tell about MoneyinHands.com, the more the cash can really add up! Once your account reaches Rs. 500.00 Mark, we will send you a check or deposit the amount to your Bank account.
