USER AGREEMENT

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before joining any program or training.

We provide online jobs related to internet for which a maximum of 30 days online training will be provided to you from MONEYINHANDS.COM. The period of training may be varied according to the program selected by you. For doing this job you must have a good educational background along with good computers and internet knowledge. Anybody who is getting work from us and pays the fees for the same means that he understands and is bound to oblige with all the terms and conditions of the MONEYINHANDS.COM.

Any amount which a person has deposited in our bank accounts for any work offered by MONEYINHANDS.COM is not refundable in any case. And it means that you are agreeing and abiding with all the terms and conditions of the website (MONEYINHANDS.COM). If anybody who has taken work from us and had deposited the fees in our bank account and doesn’t knows the terms and conditions means that he or she has to abide with the terms and conditions of MONEYINHANDS.COM.

Before joining any program offered by MONEYINHANDS.COM everyone should read the terms and conditions of the website. If he or she doesn’t reads terms and conditions MONEYINHANDS.COM will not inform anybody and in that case the person will be responsible himself and will be bound to oblige with the terms and conditions of the website (MONEYINHANDS.COM).

Everyone who fills and submits the order form on the website means that he has agreed with all the terms and conditions of the website. Order form available on the website contains all information and also mentions that the before ordering or depositing the money in our bank account the subscriber should read the terms and conditions and should also agree with them. Despite this if anybody pays for any work to the website should oblige with the terms and conditions of the website and in that case the program or training fees will not be refunded.

If any information which is not available on the website and you get that information through any other source MONEYINHANDS.COM will not be responsible for that neither would entertain any enquiry in regard to that. For every work MONEYINHANDS.COM is offering you complete information in regard to that is widely available on the website and same is delivered to you by telephonic enquiries by our customer care personnel.

Our website only considers the payments made through cheque, cash and NEFT transfers. Any other mode of payments will not be acceptable and any amount deposited in our bank accounts will not be refundable.

After receiving the work you can’t leave the work uncompleted in that case MONEYINHANDS.COM is not bound to pay you any amount or compensation for that. Every work assigned to you contains terms and conditions too which are mandatory and are obligatory in spite of that if anybody could not complete the work by any reason MONEYINHANDS.COM will not pay you for that work.
If you are referring anybody or you are referred by anybody to work on this site you should only deliver the correct information available on the site, any sort of misleading or wrong information is not the responsibility of MONEYINHANDS.COM. You yourself are responsible for that.

After completing the work it is necessary to submit it in proper and arranged form, unarranged submitted work will not be considered for payment purpose. For arranging the work in proper manner no extra time will be given to you. You have to complete this work in the time assigned to you for completing the work. After the specified time you can’t submit the work either completed or uncompleted and in case you submit that after the specified time period it will not be considered for payments and no payments will be made in lieu of that.

The work or project given to you may vary according to its demand and cost and may be of 7 to 30 days duration. The amount of any work is not decided beforehand. All the projects or works given to you contain all the essential information regarding the time to complete the project, way to work on the project and the amount payable for the completed project. The time given for any project is in any case is not extendable.

The training, project or work given to you will be for only for one time. If you complete or could not complete the work successfully it will not be given to you again. For another work you will have to pay the fees of the project, training or work again.

If anybody falls sick or moves to any other place or by any other reason could not complete the project, work according to the agreed terms and conditions will not be liable for any type of payment or compensation.

Every work given to you requires a training which is given to you by MONEYINHANDS.COM. It is mandatory to go through the training first, in case a person undertakes the work without having training would not be considered for payments purposes.

In the period of training if anybody can’t complete the training or doesn’t want to get the training in that period his training will not be considered to begin at any other time in future and no money will be refunded in that case.

Training in no case is guarantee for success. Training only makes you familiar with the working methods with efficiency.

For every work and project there is different training which is imparted through internet or phone.

It is not a training institute, training is given according to the personal experiences gained in past 10 years. Training is given by highly qualified person related to the website who knows all the techniques of internet business.

After receiving the fees of project, work a schedule for training is decided. Your convenience is given priority but in case the time for training asked by you is not available then you will have to get training according the MONEYINHANDS.COM’s decided time. The time and duration for the training once decided is not alterable.

For any type of fraudulent activity or any type of activity which makes anyone annoyed by a person registered for the MONEYINHANDS.COM’s work, project or training, website will not be responsible for that. The person concerned will be solely responsible for that so the owner of the website or the website itself will not blamed for any such act.

The website’s policy is to provide you with 24 hours assistance but in case you could not get assistance at any time a lot of technical reasons are responsible for that like network congestion, or congestion in website traffic or any other, so please be patient and your request will be entertained as soon as possible.

We don’t have any agent, distributor or franchisee and in future if there would be any information regarding that will be published on the website. Information gained from any other source except the website itself and any sort of payments made for them is not the responsibility of the MONEYINHANDS.COM. We don’t have any other branch or website and we don’t have any type or liability for that.

This website has no affiliation with any agency, company or registered firm. This website is run and operated by Mr. SANJAY KUMAR R/O Delhi, India.

This agreement and each TOS shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.

The MONEYINHANDS.COM doesn’t guarantee you any weekly or monthly payment, your earning and income depends on your work.

NOTE: THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE APPLICABLE FOR ALL THE PROGRAMS.

T&C for Data Entry

For doing data entry work you must have good knowledge of English, good typing speed along with good knowledge of internet. Without these things data entry project could not be done. Anyone undertaking the work without the above qualifications he himself will be responsible for the shortcomings. We will only train you regarding the work and for that you must be computer savvy.

For data entry project a maximum of 7 days training is imparted to you and for doing the data entry work a maximum of 7 days time is given to you to complete the work. For this program we will give you a list of 15 free classifieds website with their screen shots. You have to post the data in all the 15 sites according to the manner told you in the training. However 15 free classified websites list is given to you but you have to use at least 10 websites among them for posting the data otherwise your work will not be considered for evaluation and payments.

In data entry project you have to post equal data on all the 15 free classified websites. We will provide you with 15 different types of data which you have to post at least seven thousand times in 7 days.

Under this program you have to post seven thousand data in maximum of 7 days on all the 15 websites or at least on 10 websites otherwise no payments will be made in lieu of that.

In any case if your data is found less than 6 thousand your whole project will be considered incomplete and it will not be paid.
For doing this work you should have 30 words per minute typing speed and you should also have knowledge of internet. If you don’t know about the mechanism of doing this work you can ask us about the procedure and method of doing this work, in case you don’t ask us and couldn’t complete the work according to described pattern you your self will be responsible for that.

Required qualifications:

Good knowledge of English is compulsory.
Knowledge of basic softwares in computer and should also know how to conceptualize data in excel sheet.
You should also know uploading, downloading, surfing, chatting, registration, for filling and data posting in free classifieds websites.

In data entry project we will give you a maximum of 7 days training which will tell you only the working mechanism, except that we will not teach you about computers and internet.

This program is project based program and it is mandatory to complete the project. If anybody doesn’t competes the work his uncompleted work will not be considered for the payment purposes.

You have to keep a few things in your mind while doing this project which are mentioned in the project, otherwise project done in wrong manner will not be paid.

The time given for the project is most important factor. A work done after the specified time will not be considered for evaluation or payments.

If a person while doing this project meets any kind of accident/ severe types of Critical Illness ( Cancer, Coronary Artery bypass surgery, First Heart attack, Kidney Failure, Major organ transplant, Stroke, Arota graft surgery, Paralysis, permanent disability) unfortunately will have to produce ample proofs and in that case the time for completing the project will be extended for two days not more than that. Time extended will be start from the same day when your training was finished.

Every work completed within the specified time frame and as per the specifications will be considered for evaluation and payments purposes. Evaluation is done by the site owner or any other qualified person associated with the MONEYINHANDS.COM and this evaluation work may take up to 7 days. Your work should be completed as per the specifications otherwise it will not be considered for payment purpose.

If anybody completes a project in the time frame and submits it after the specified time frame it will be considered incomplete and hence no payments will be made in lieu of that.

This is an online data entry project and is totally dependable on internet. The work you will do should be visible on the sites for the evaluation purposes, in case your work done is not available on the site or have been deleted by the site administrator it will be considered incomplete and hence no payments will be made for that.

Because for this work you need to do the data entry work on various websites and for that you need to register on those websites which is obviously free of cost. Before posting the data on those websites you need to Login first and then you can post the data there. You will have to remember the Username, Password and on completion of the work you will have to give us whole information by which your work will be evaluated and the payments can be calculated for that work.

We have no association with these free classified websites. If any such website closes your account or your work is removed from the site for any reason we will not be responsible for that.

T&C for Google AdSense Training

This is a name of the program which is run by Google Inc. and we have no affiliation with the Google. For this work you should have a properly designed website/blog which should be made at least six months prior to the registration then only Google Adsense grants permission to work on it.

This is training of 15 days for which you should have an approved google adsense account. If anybody doesn’t have a valid google adsense account and takes training without revealing the truth of that, we can create an account for that person in other sites which work just like the google adsense like Adbrite, CJ, Clickbank etc.

We don’t create google adsense account neither charge any sum for creating such account, we only provide training for how to use the google adsense. The earnings depends on your expertise to work we don’t guarantee you the amount of earnings by google adsense.

After training if you are not able to earn money through this we are not responsible for that. If at any time google adsense or any other such website deactivates or disables your account we will not be responsible for that. In creating any type of approved account we provide you the important informations like Username, Password which you need to change with your choice or security purposes. You should not reveal your personal information like user name or password to any one and in case you reveal your personal information we will not be responsible for that.

In case you forget your Username, password or anybody changes your account details we will not be responsible for that. You should protect your account yourself and we will not create any other account instead of that.

Google Adsense pays you when your account earning is at least 100 $. We don’t charge any commission in that and we don’t have any liaison with google adsense. In case you don’t get the payments from Google Adsense we are not responsible for that.

Google Online it is only a name and it is not concerned with Google.com, Google Inc. or Google India. We don’t have any affiliation with Google. This training is imparted only for earning with the help of free services of google and other websites which gives opportunities for money earning through internet ads and for which different accounts are created. For this program the sites of google which provide free services like Blogspot.com or Blogger.com are brought in use where you can create an account. For which you need to create a blog. Other such sites are CJ.com, Adbrite.com, Clixsense.com, Clickbank.com etc. are also working from where you can earn money by creating blogs. The website pays you on the basis of clicks on the advertisements on your website. The amount of earning depends on the type of advertisement on which the visitors click. For example if the advertisement is of Loan, Home Loan, Car loan, insurance etc. then maximum 1 $ is paid for per click or lead. But it depends on the policies of those websites which are posting their ads on your blog.

In this program our role is just to create a blog and to put it in google search. And to tell you the ways to bring visitors on your site. For this we provide you with 15 days training for which you yourself have to ring us and get information and training.

Any earning which you het is from the website of which advertisements are published on your web page. We are not responsible for any type of payments. In case any website doesn’t pays you we are not responsible for that.

After training if you are not able to earn money through this we are not responsible for that. If at any time any website deactivates or disables your account we will not be responsible for that. In creating any type of approved account we provide you the important information like Username, Password which you need to change with your choice or security purposes. You should not reveal your personal information like user name or password to any one and in case you reveal your personal information we will not be responsible for that.

T&C for Multiple Online Jobs

As the name suggests this is a program constituting all type of work. And the working methodology is same as is for other works offered by MONEYINHANDS.COM. To perform this work efficiently you need a 15 days training imparted by our website online. Anyone who enrolls for this program is obligatory to abide with the terms and conditions of the website. If any inexperienced person undertakes the work and could not do it as per the specifications his work will not be considered for the payments purposes. For this you need to have a very good knowledge of internet and computers.

In this program various works are available like data entry, google online, SMS reading, Ad posting etc. The terms and conditions applicable in this program is same as is in individual work or project. However these are all mentioned on the program itself.

The terms and conditions for payments and time frame are also same as in the individual programs offered by the website.

T&C for SMS Reading

SMS Reading is work concerned with the mobile in which you will receive SMS from us. For this you must have a mobile phone. If you want to register for this program you must have a active mobile phone on which you will receive SMS.

This SMS reading program works in various ways. In this program you will get an SMS which you can also forward to your friends and relatives. If anyone joins any of the programs of MONEYINHANDS.COM after reading your SMS you will be paid Rs. 100 per person joining on the site.

For every SMS you receive you will get Rs. 0.45. This program keeps continue until your registered mobile is activated. The frequency of SMS is not predetermined. No claims will be entertained in regard to frequency of the SMS because it depends on the availability of network and technical aspects.
In every SMS you will receive your account ID will be mentioned in that and it will contain information regarding our website. These SMS can be sent by any medium. We keep record for every SMS sent to you which is used for the payments.

Payments will be made only when you will earn at least Rs. 500 from SMS reading. Any legal claim or amount prior to Rs. 500 will not be entertained. Payments will be made through cheque or online transfers only.

SMS sent by any other website other than MONEYINHANDS.COM is not our liability and no charges will be paid for them. You will be paid for only those SMS which are sent to you by MONEYINHANDS.COM.
